Grown in the French region of Le Puy, with a unique, peppery flavour and plump texture, these protein-packed lentils make a great addition to to salads, curries, casseroles or bolognese.

Bring the pot to a boil, reduce heat to a very low simmer, cover the pot with a lid and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender but not mushy
